At Sage and Clare, we want you to love your vibrant home treasures; if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your parcel off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
